Poroban and Operator Troika Projects have been shortlisted by Hastings Council to develop the current West Hill Cafe Site in Hastings. The proposal envisages a new visitor experience to Hastings Castle that connects the stories of people and landscape through a sequence of courtyard buildings and follies across the site.
